Established in 1995, Zhuzhou Qingyun Electric Locomotive Parts Factory Co., Ltd. QINGYUN is a professional player in designing, manufacturing and overhaul of high-voltage electrical apparatus of rolling stock.
To date, more than 7,000 sets of Vacuum Circuit Breakers have been manufactured and over 3,300 sets of Pantograph and over 10,700 sets of other high-voltage equipment have been overhauled by QINGYUN.
QINGYUN is also a committee member of Chinese Standard GB/T 21413.4-2008 Railway Application – Electric Equipment for Rolling Stock – Part 4 : Electrotechnical Components – Rules for AC Circuit – Breakers and TB/T High Voltage Disconnectors and Earthing Switches on Board Rolling Stock and EMU. In addition, QINGYUN complied with the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) and ISO 9001 Quality System, conducting strict quality control and process testing to ensure high quality product , thereby obtaining trust from customers.
QINGYUN has been overhauling the HVE products for more than 20 years, developing mature engineering technology and knowledge, overhaul process, special tools and test benches to assure the quality. The HVE products overhauled by QINGYUN is of high quality and always passed the inspection and performance check set by the Ministry of Railway and clients’ overhaul depot.
